Essential Functions:
1. Campaign Execution & Mid-Level Operations (Core Focus)
• High-Volume Deployment: Build, schedule, and deploy 10–20 email campaigns per week across multiple email service providers (ESPs).
• Flawless QA & Testing: Perform rigorous QA on all emails before deployment. Check rendering, broken links, dynamic content blocks, and audience logic before hitting "send."
• Asset & Template Management: Implement light HTML/CSS updates to email templates as needed. Build and maintain campaign assets including landing pages, forms, and emails.
• Scheduling & Cadence: Manage daily email scheduling and send cadences to ensure on-time delivery across the client portfolio.
2. Automation Execution & Segmentation
• Workflow Implementation: Execute and build marketing automation workflows (nurture sequences, drip campaigns, trigger-based sequences) designed by the strategy team across platforms like HubSpot, Marketo, Dotdigital, and Omeda.
• Audience Segmentation: Build data-driven customer audience segments using behavioral, demographic, and firmographic data for personalized targeting.
• Lead Routing: Configure and maintain lead scoring and routing processes to ensure data passes correctly to sales teams.
3. Technical Integration & Reporting Validation
• Platform Health: Manage day-to-day platform operations, ensuring data integrity, system health, and domain/email hygiene best practices.
• Data Syncs & Troubleshooting: Configure standard integrations (e.g., HubSpot to LinkedIn/Facebook) and troubleshoot basic webhooks, data syncs, and platform errors.
• Reporting Validation: Validate that campaign data is properly flowing into reporting dashboards and assist in pulling performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions).
4. Testing, Optimization, & AI Efficiency
• A/B Testing:
- Develop and optimize email marketing programs, including technical A/B testing for subject lines, dynamic content variations, and send-time optimizations utilizing segmentation, personalization, and performance analysis.
• AI Integration:
- Utilize AI tools to validate workflow logic, ensure there are no typos or grammar errors, optimize testing parameters, and increase overall build efficiency.
• Documentation & Reporting:
- Document complex campaign logic for scalable process development and assist in generating reports on campaign performance and engagement trends.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Assist in the development of client-facing reports and presentations showcasing campaign results and strategic recommendations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in marketing automation, B2B marketing, and relevant platforms.

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:
1. High-Volume Technical Fulfillment
• Weekly Output: Successfully execute 10-20 email builds and deployments per week.
• Annual Output: Manage the operational setup and QA for 249+ co-branded email programs (and other enterprise publisher campaigns) per year.

• Direct Client Communication: <5% (Client communication is handled by the Client Partners and Head PM; you focus strictly on execution and only communicate externally on highly escalated technical platform issues).
3. Delivery Cadence
• Daily: Build, QA, and schedule emails; implement light HTML fixes; update ClickUp statuses.
• Weekly: Review high-volume email programs for technical accuracy; run A/B tests; report on blockers to the Head PM.
• Monthly: Validate reporting data and maintain domain/platform health.
