 Whiteface Ford has 142.3K on TikTok, 112K on Instagram, 54.4K on YouTube, and 204K on Facebook. We need someone to run it all.                                                                                    

 You're on the lot every day filming truck builds, customer moments, and whatever's happening at Whiteface Customs. You also manage a remote editing team — telling them what to cut, what to kill, what to repost. You own posting and scheduling across all four platforms, handle content strategy and profile optimization, and run the merch store. You report to the Marketing Director. Everyone else in the content pipeline reports to you.                                                                                                                                                                                        

This is a shooting-and-leading job in equal measure. You need to know what makes someone stop scrolling, and you need to be able to explain it to editors who aren't in the room. Show us what you've made. That matters more than a resume.

Full time, on site in Hereford, TX. W2. Pay depends on experience, and there will be a performance based pay bonus.
