We’re looking for a socially fluent, performance-minded Content & Influencer Manager to own Momofuku's influencer marketing strategy and organic social channels. This role will manage paid partnerships, creator gifting, influencer-driven content creation, and our brand’s presence on TikTok and Instagram. The ideal candidate has a deep network in the creator space, understands how to brief and source high-performing UGC, and knows how to translate that content across paid and organic funnels.

This role is central to our top-of-funnel growth strategy and will work closely with both the Growth and Design teams to ensure strong creative alignment and content output.

Salary Description: $91,000 - $120,000 annually + bonus + company stock options

Responsibilities:

• Own Momofuku’s full influencer and creator program: paid, organic, and gifting
• Manage all aspects of influencer relationships, from outreach and negotiation to contracts and deliverables
• Partner with retailers and brand collaborators to develop and execute influencer-driven campaigns, co-marketing content, and product launch storytelling that perform across organic and paid channels
• Plan and manage our organic social calendar, including real-time posting, content capture, and engagement
• Work with creators to brief and source content that can be used across social, email, and paid channels
• Partner with Growth and Lifecycle teams to optimize UGC and influencer content for performance
• Track and report on influencer and organic content performance; recommend tests and scale-ups

Required Qualifications:

• 4–6 years of experience in influencer or social content marketing, ideally within CPG or lifestyle brands
• Proven success managing creator pipelines, contracts, and budgets
• Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram content trends and platforms
• Experience with short-form video production (either hands-on or through briefing)
• Ability to collaborate across teams and communicate clearly with both internal and external partners

Preferred Qualifications:

• Established relationships with creators, agencies, and influencer platforms, with a proven ability to quickly activate new talent pipelines
• Experience scaling influencer campaigns that balance brand storytelling with measurable performance outcomes
• Strong analytical skills with comfort using data dashboards and reporting tools to evaluate influencer ROI and organic content performance
• Background working with or alongside paid media teams to adapt influencer content for paid amplification
• Passion for food, culture, and lifestyle content, with a finger on the pulse of emerging trends and communities that align with Momofuku’s brand
