P.F. Chang’s is seeking a strategic and execution-focused Loyalty & Email Marketing Manager to lead initiatives that build long-term guest relationships, boost customer lifetime value, and drive revenue through loyalty programs, targeted email marketing, and gift card programs.

Loyalty & Customer Data Strategy

  • Develop and implement strategies to grow and optimize the loyalty program, increase engagement and signups.
  • Lead segmentation, personalization, and acquisition efforts across email, SMS, and other communication channels.
  • Collaborate with the VP of Digital to create a cohesive messaging strategy that aligns with brand standards.
  • Define customer data collection and activation processes, ensuring data hygiene and accuracy.
  • Partner with analytics and IT teams to enhance data infrastructure, reporting, and insights.

Loyalty Experience & Innovation

  • Identify and prioritize enhancements to the loyalty program to improve retention and customer lifetime value.
  • Track KPIs, analyze trends, and recommend initiatives to stay ahead of industry loyalty and CRM trends.
  • Drive innovation by experimenting with new features, programs, and tactics.

Campaign Management & Optimization

  • Own planning, execution, and performance analysis of email, SMS, and loyalty campaigns.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to test, learn, and optimize messaging strategies.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and insights for stakeholders to understand campaign performance and ROI.

Gift Card Program Ownership

  • Manage digital and physical gift card programs from concept to execution.
  • Source, negotiate, and manage third-party partnerships for broader distribution.
  • Work with finance and operations teams to analyze margins, inventory, and overall performance.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns to increase gift card sales during peak seasons and year-round.

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years’ experience in CRM, loyalty marketing, or customer engagement.
  • Proven expertise with marketing platforms (ESP, CDP, analytics tools).
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent project management and collaboration skills across teams.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing principles, especially in the restaurant industry, is a plus.
  • Experience managing gift card programs is a plus.

Working Conditions

  • Preference will be given to Arizona-based candidates. This is a primarily remote role with occasional in-office presence required.
