About the Team
The WW Hybrid Systems Marketing team at HP is a dynamic, collaborative group driven by innovation and a shared commitment to excellence. We lead global marketing and communications for HP’s Hybrid Systems portfolio, including HP Poly audio and video solutions, HP Dimension and HP-branded peripherals. Storytelling of our brand across digital and social platforms. You’ll develop high-impact content that drives engagement, builds brand awareness, and supports product marketing efforts. This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and technical writing ability.

  • Create compelling, on-brand marketing content for a variety of channels including social media, blogs, email campaigns, product pages, and video scripts.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and creative teams to develop and execute content strategies that support product launches and campaigns.
  • Translate complex technical features into customer-focused messaging and storytelling.
  • Manage the content calendar to ensure consistent and timely delivery across platforms.
  • Optimize content for SEO, readability, and engagement across digital channels.
  • Stay current with industry trends, competitor content, and audience preferences, and use findings to tailor and evolve content recommendations.
  • Work with designers, videographers, and external agencies as needed to deliver multimedia content.

Knowledge and Skills Required

  • Exceptional storytelling, copywriting, and editing skills for both short- and long-form content.
  • Ability to synthesize technical information into clear, compelling messages for both B2B and B2C audiences.
  • Strong command of SEO, keyword research, and content optimization tools.
  • Deep understanding of integrated digital marketing, content funnel strategy, brand voice and tone, and user engagement.
  • Proficiency in creating content for various platforms including LinkedIn, blogs, web pages, and digital ads.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics dashboards.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinker who is highly collaborative, communicative, proactive, and data informed.

Education and Experience Required

  • Degree or professional experience in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in content creation, editorial strategy or digital marketing —preferably within a tech or B2B environment.
  • Proven experience driving content strategies that support product marketing and demand generation.
  • Strong time management, organization, and communications skills
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and global brands is a plus.
  • Portfolio of published work showcasing writing style, messaging clarity, and brand storytelling.
  • Ability to adhere to in-house brand and style guidelines.

The pay range for this role is $65,450 to $98,800 USD annually with additional
opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United
States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related
knowledge, skills, and experience.
