Marketing Content Creator/Project Support Coordinator

Delta Industries, Inc. is a trusted regional construction materials supplier. Established in 1945, Delta Industries aims to provide a solid foundation for economic prosperity and quality of life through construction materials solutions. We are currently looking for a Marketing Content Creator to execute content creation initiatives, support daily marketing operations, and enhance company visibility through effective storytelling, digital media, and project coordination. This role combines creativity with strong organizational skills to promote the company brand both internally and externally.

Content Creation & Digital Media

• Write, edit, and schedule compelling content for company communication channels including social media, newsletters, and the website.
• Capture and produce high-quality photography and videography, including drone footage, to support brand and campaign initiatives.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across platforms.

Internal Communication & Features

• Develop and publish regular internal newsletters and employee spotlight features to enhance engagement.
• Support storytelling that reflects company values, milestones, and workforce culture.

Event & Promotional Support

• Assist with planning, coordination, setup, and execution of internal and external events.
• Support the development and distribution of branded merchandise and giveaways at job sites, events, and community engagements.

Merchandise & Company Store Support

• Coordinate tracking, restocking, and fulfillment of branded merchandise via the company store.
• Maintain accurate records of merchandise inventory and usage.

Association & Project Billing

• Prepare billing documentation and maintain communication with industry associations and partners regarding invoicing and dues.

General Marketing & Administrative Support

• Collaborate with the Marketing Manager on day-to-day initiatives and campaigns.
• Provide administrative support to ensure smooth operation of marketing workflows, including scheduling, file management, and cross-department coordination. 

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1–3 years of experience in content creation, digital media, or marketing support preferred.
• Proficient in social media management tools, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro), Canva, or similar.
• Experience with basic photography, video editing, and drone operation (FAA Part 107 certification a plus).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

Work Environment

• Office-based with occasional travel to job sites or events.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds for event setup or merchandise distribution.
• Some evening or weekend availability may be required during peak event periods.
