Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic, process-oriented, and self-motivated individual to join our team supporting process and procedures management. The incumbent candidate will play a critical role by ensuring the Policies and Procedures related to the Consumer Investments organization are up to date and accurate. This individual will support the coordination of content across multiple platforms to ensure consistency and accuracy. In addition, support innovative approaches to delivering on our vision of ensuring employees have timely access to accurate content that enables them to provide an enhanced client experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for procedures management, possess strong technical writing skills, be extraordinarily proactive and self-motivated, detail-oriented and have a commitment to excellence. Accountable for design, analysis, execution and/or ongoing sustainment support for a program initiative within the enterprise strategy and performance goals for one of the Customer Segments (i.e. Retail, Preferred & Small Business). Provides support to senior team leader and partners with product(s) and channel(s) teams to drive execution and integrate delivery to ensure the customer view is at the forefront of decisions in the achievement of goals. Accountable for initiative support, coordination, robust analysis and communications.


Accountable for design, analysis, execution and/or ongoing sustainment support for a program initiative within the enterprise strategy and performance goals for one of the Customer Segments (i.e. Retail, Preferred & Small Business). Provides support to senior team leader and partners with product(s) and channel(s) teams to drive execution and integrate delivery to ensure the customer view is at the forefront of decisions in the achievement of goals. Accountable for initiative support, coordination, robust analysis and communications.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the end-to-end Periodic Maintenance Review (PMR) and CAST processes for Global Policy Source (GPS), Resource Central, and the Online Resource Center (ORC).
  • Organization of PMR calendar
  • Partnering with a large network of subject matter experts
  • Content validation and publication
  • Governance and deadline management
  • Supporting downstream content impacts made known through our various intake and review routines
  • Facilitating cross functional partnerships to ensure procedural changes are known, communicated, and managed accordingly

Required Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of the Consumer Investments Business, its processes and procedures, and its partners
  • Track record of setting and meeting deadlines
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple work efforts concurrently
  • Highly organized and proficient at task execution
  • Exceptional written communication skills
  • Ability to cross reference and identify inconsistencies between multiple content sources (Detail oriented)
  • Ability to establish and cultivate cross functional partnerships

Desired Qualifications:

  • Business acumen:  Investment industry knowledge; familiar with brokerage products/services and their underlying procedures
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with HTML, Adobe Photoshop and experience with popular content management systems (Vignette, VCM, KMT platform, etc.).

Pay and benefits information

Pay range

$73,200.00 - $116,900.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.

Discretionary incentive eligible

This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
