TITLE: Sales Content Strategist

LOCATION: Herndon, VA / DC Area

REPORTING LINE: VP GTM Operations

SCOPE OF ROLE:

The Sales Content Strategist is responsible for successfully delivering all sales toolkit materials and sales plays in support of the Global Sales Organization. The role is required to work collaboratively with the Product Management, Product Marketing and Operations, and Sales teams and a range of stakeholders across the business to ensure key materials are created, organized and made available to the global sales organization. In addition, this role supports the analysis needed to develop targeted programs and sales plays. This is a specialist position within the operations team to support sales pipeline creation and development, requiring a thorough understanding of the sales strategy, content management, and materials and communication optimization.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify and prioritize the needs of the global sales team as it relates to sales plays and the materials in the sales kits
  • Manage the approval process for deliverables and timelines of sales toolkit materials
  • Planning, production and rollout of sales tools and supporting materials (e.g. sales pitch decks, sales play cadence materials, leave behind materials, flyers, sell sheets, templates, etc.)
  • Serve as the liaison between Marketing and Sales for all collateral to be made available to the global sales organization
  • Execute analysis to prioritize targeted programs and sales plays and the follow-through actions to ensure plays are executed and the impact analysis
  • Generate specific cadence materials for sales to use in play – call scripts, talking points, email templates, etc.
  • Plan and manage the structure and content delivery
  • Working in close collaboration with key stakeholders across the business including Marketing, Client Success, Sales Enablement and Sales to maximize opportunities for improved sales velocity and productivity
  • Support communication and coordination of sales team activities, including internal training initiatives
  • Manage global sales newsletter including content and delivery
  • Coordinate and deliver Sales Operations related presentations to the sales organization and the executive team
  • Report on key performance metrics that help the sales organization focus on performance drivers
  • Other sales operations and support activities as required

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor Degree qualified or equivalent, marketing or sales qualification
  • Exceptional content creation skills and communication skills
  • Stakeholder PowerPoint skills
  • Good track record of delivering results and working towards targets
  • Working with email platforms and SFDC
  • End to end project management
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is:

$94,400.00-124,999.00 USD

The actual salary offered may vary within the range based on a candidates' unique experience, locale, and business needs. In addition to a base salary and bonus plans, Everfox offers a generous benefits package including flexible PTO, a 401k match, and contribution to healthcare coverages.
