Overall Purpose: Develop and execute compelling, data-driven content strategies that enhance brand engagement, optimize user experience, and effectively communicate competitive advantages across all media in collaboration with marketing, information architects, and public relations teams.
Key Roles and Responsibilities: Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Brand Voice and Consistency: Ensure consistency in brand voice and messaging across all content, leveraging solid knowledge of brand principles to maintain alignment with overall brand strategy.
• Project and Content Management: Independently manage multiple content projects from inception to completion, including content creation, curation, and maintaining a detailed content calendar to ensure timely delivery of campaigns.
• Collaboration and Stakeholder Communication: Work closely with marketing, design, and PR teams to ensure cohesive messaging, while effectively communicating content strategies and performance insights to stakeholders for continuous improvement.
• Editing and Quality Control: Review and edit all content meticulously to maintain high standards of quality, accuracy, and relevance, ensuring it meets brand guidelines and resonates with the target audience.
• Trend and Audience Analysis: Conduct comprehensive audience research and stay updated on industry trends to inform and innovate content strategies, ensuring the content remains relevant and engaging.
Job Contribution: An experienced professional with advanced, interdisciplinary knowledge, resolving difficult and complex issues using broad professional concepts. Guides others, applying advanced principles and company practices. Leads moderate sized projects (or parts of larger projects) with strategic value. Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired. 3+ years of related experience. Certification is required in some areas.
Our Senior Content Strategist earns between $105,600 - $158,400 USD Annual. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
