What You Can Expect Working in the Social & Digital Content Specialist Position
LANGE is seeking a Social & Digital Content Specialist to lead and grow our multi-brand social media presence. You'll be responsible for planning, executing, and engaging across all major social platforms to build awareness, drive engagement, and support our brand goals. This role combines social media strategy, day-to-day management, and community interaction with the creation of some short-form video content tailored for digital channels. You will work hand in hand with Graphic Designers and Videography to ensure cohesive, on-brand storytelling.
Responsibilities
- Develops and implements social media strategies for multiple LANGE brands across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
- Plans, schedules, and publishes social media content, managing calendars and posting schedules.
- Monitors platform trends, audience engagement, and analytics, using insights to inform and optimize future content.
- Produces and edits some short-form video content for social channels, as needed.
- Engages with online communities, responds to inquiries, and fosters positive brand interactions.
- Collaborates closely with Graphic Designers and Videography to ensure cohesive messaging and brand alignment.
- Continuously researches, tests, and implements the latest AI-powered tools for content creation, scheduling, analytics, and community management.
- Serves as the internal resource on social media trends, best practices, and new technologies.
Minimum Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience managing social media channels for brands or organizations and a bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field; or a combination of experience and education.
- Demonstrated ability to plan, execute, and optimize multi-platform social media strategies.
- Experience creating and publishing some short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.).
- Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Curiosity and willingness to learn and adopt new AI and digital tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting multiple brands or a complex brand portfolio.
- Prior experience in both B2B and B2C social media environments.
- Familiarity with social listening and advanced analytics platforms.
- Experience with AI-powered content creation, video editing, or social analytics tools.
- Comfortable being on camera and/or directing on-camera talent.
- Experience collaborating with videographers, content creators, or creative teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, digital media, or a related field.
