Are you a seasoned content strategist with a passion for storytelling and a sharp eye for detail? Join us as a Sr. Content Marketing Specialist, where you'll lead the creation of high-impact content across digital and print channels for both external members and internal staff. In this role, you’ll shape brand voice and develop campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences from various backgrounds and regions. Using performance data, you will continuously adapt and innovate messaging ensuring the content achieves its purpose. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES

  • Help develop and execute strategic, member-focused communications campaigns—from initial concept to final deliverables
  • Produce a wide range of content for digital and print channels, including health education pieces, member letters, website copy, and Pulse (Intranet) articles; ensure content is attention-getting and easy to understand
  • Design compelling visual assets, including slide decks, social media posts, and other designs, to amplify and support health messaging
  • Simplify complex information into clear, engaging content that connects with the audience, while keeping the Fund’s integrity and meeting compliance requirements
  • Ensure collateral meets diverse stakeholder needs and is aligned with overall campaign strategy
  • Edit all work for grammar, voice consistency, and health literacy; helps to edit colleagues’ work
  • Contribute ideas to plan and achieve Fund’s communications goals
  • Assist digital initiatives by creating emails in Constant Contact and updating content on our websites
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, external partners, and vendors to support marketing efforts and meet project deadlines
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Communications, Operations, HR, regional directors, and health promoters) to create project timelines and task lists
  • Use insights from teams and analytics to evaluate content performance, identify improvement areas, and uncover new content opportunities
  • Generate regular reports and insights to stakeholders, creating dashboards, and identifying trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Exemplifies the Fund’s values in leading and fostering a respectful, trusting, and engaged culture of inclusion and engagement 

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

  •  4 ~ 6 years of creative and content marketing experience, including direct work in healthcare, education, or non-profit settings
  • Must be certified in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) or equivalent 
  •  Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, or Marketing or related field or equivalent work experience required
  •  Advanced level Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and intermediate level MS Excel
  • Experience with User Interface (UI/UX) 
  • Experience with analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
  • Excellent writing and proofreading abilities
  • Ability to adapt writing style for different audiences and platforms
  • Understanding of AP Style and other common style guides
  • Creative problem-solving abilities for content challenges
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team

 

Salary range for this position: Salary $77,600 - $97,000. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to: relevant experience, qualifications, expertise, certifications, licenses, education or equivalent work experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.

Work Schedule (may vary to meet business needs): Monday~Friday, 7.5 hours per day (37.5 hours per week) as a hybrid employee.
