About The Role
In this role, you’ll be responsible for writing compelling, consumer-focused content for client websites — including landing pages, blog posts, and other digital assets. You’ll collaborate closely with our design/development and digital marketing teams to bring content to life in ways that engage, inform, and convert car shoppers.
The ideal candidate is a strong writer with a passion for cars, an eagerness to learn about the automotive industry, and an interest in digital marketing best practices. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves cars and loves to write about a fast-paced industry.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of professional content writing experience in a digital, agency, or in-house environment
- At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing, with an understanding of how content fits into broader marketing strategies
- Basic knowledge of SEO best practices as they relate to web content, including keyword usage, metadata, and formatting
- Experience navigating content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress
- Proficient in Google Workspaces products like Docs, Sheets, and Drive
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills across a range of tones and formats
- Impeccable grammar, spelling, and attention to detail
Responsibilities:
- Write high-quality content for client websites, including SEO-optimized landing pages, blog posts, and other digital assets
- Manage content creation workflows to meet internal deadlines and ensure final deliverables align with project goals and intent
- Research automotive topics to create accurate, engaging, and relevant content
- Collaborate with the design/development and marketing teams to ensure content is well-integrated into the final product
- Format and structure content for readability and web engagement
- Create copy that motivates consumers to take action (e.g., inquire about a vehicle, schedule a test drive, or contact a dealership)
- Adapt tone, style, and approach to align with client branding and audience expectations

- Is passionate about cars and eager to stay informed on new model launches and industry trends
- Is excited to learn about the automotive industry and how digital marketing plays a role in consumer engagement
- Has excellent writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt tone and style for different brands and audiences
- Is a collaborative team player who works well with content, design, and digital marketing teams
- Can manage multiple client projects simultaneously while staying organized and meeting deadlines
- Takes initiative, asks questions, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Understands the value of content that drives consumer action and supports SEO goals
- Has a strong attention to detail and ensures final deliverables reflect the project’s goals and intent
- Is willing to continuously develop their digital marketing knowledge and content writing skills
The First 90 Days:
- You’ll be supported as you get up to speed on our content approach, tools, and expectations — and begin contributing to high-impact content across our client base
- Become familiar with our approach to automotive content writing — from SEO integration and formatting to matching brand voice and writing with the end user in mind
- Gain insight into how your role fits into the broader client service process and how content supports our overall digital marketing strategies
- Shadow current content writers to learn our workflow, quality standards, and productivity benchmarks — and begin to contribute with support and feedback from the team
- Get comfortable using the tools, systems, and communication platforms we use to manage content and collaborate across departments.
As your confidence and experience grow, you’ll begin owning your own content creation process — from research and writing to formatting and final delivery — across multiple client accounts
Compensation and Benefits:
- Your final compensation will be determined by your experience level and skillset
