Summary

The Web & Digital Content Specialist will serve in a key support role to the Web Development & Digital Marketing Manager in enhancing YA’s presence across digital marketing channels including yagroup.com. This generalist role blends website publishing, digital campaign coordination, and digital content production to help drive traffic, engagement, and conversion of YA Group’s website. This role will help manage our CMS (WordPress), support digital content creation and campaign execution, and work within HubSpot to automate and optimize digital marketing campaigns. This person should have a strong foundation in web content publishing and a willingness to learn and support the digital marketing team in all areas.  


Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintain and publish web content using WordPress , ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and consistency 
  • Help manage the web publishing guidelines, content publishing calendar, and workflows that ensure timely updates 
  • Conduct content audits to ensure web content is up to date, on-brand, and aligned with user needs 
  • Follow SEO best practices to improve site visibility and organic traffic 
  • Collaborate on website performance optimization efforts in partnership with the Web Development & Digital Marketing Manager 
  • Assist in the execution of digital marketing campaigns across platforms including web, email, social media, and search 
  • Create, execute, and manage email, lead nurturing, and automated campaigns, and workflows within HubSpot Contribute to the creation and review of digital marketing assets including emails, social posts, and digital ad copy collaborating with design, content, and cross-functional stakeholders 
  • Ensure all digital content meets brand  standards 
  • Use Google Analytics, SEMrush, and HubSpot analytics to  report on marketing performance, insights, and optimization recommendations  
  • Work closely with the Web Development & Digital Marketing Manager on special projects  and marketing initiatives 
  • Bring a proactive mindset to identifying content gaps, improving UX, and implementing minor development updates when possible (basic HTML/CSS experience is a plus) 
  • Stay current on digital marketing and web publishing trends to support best practices and innovation 
  • Perform other related duties as assigned 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field 
  • 2+ years of experience in web content management, digital communications, or a similar role 
  • Experience in web publishing and managing CMS platforms, particularly WordPress, Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools and digital campaign execution, preferably with HubSpot 
  • Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush 
  • Some experience or exposure to front-end development (HTML/CSS) is a plus 
  • Understanding of SEO and paid search 
  • Experience creating and executing digital marketing assets including email, social, landing pages, and digital ad copy 
  • Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills and detail-oriented 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment 
  • Willingness to roll up your sleeves, learn on the job, and adapt to a fast-paced digital environment
