Your mission
You lead the development and execution of our global content and marketing channel strategy—ensuring it’s aligned with business goals, brand positioning, and the needs of both customers and employees. From ideation to distribution, you oversee the full content lifecycle across owned, earned, and paid channels.
Here’s what you focus on:
You collaborate across functions – partnering with Product and Solutions Management, Sales, Brand, and Digital Transformation – to align messaging and content with business priorities. You also support internal communication and change management through clear and engaging content strategies.
The location is flexible between our Sandvik Coromant offices. You report to the Vice President of Marketing and Communication.
Your profile
We’re looking for someone with proven experience in leading content and marketing channel strategy at a managerial or executive level. A strong track record in guiding creative teams, driving digital marketing initiatives, and applying performance analytics to strategic decisions sets you apart. Translating business goals into actionable content plans is second nature, and working across functions in a matrix organization naturally feels familiar to you. As we continue to embrace AI and emerging technologies, and expect significant transformation in this area ahead, we see experience in applying these within marketing and content strategy as a strong advantage.
You pair strategic thinking with a sharp creative pulse, allowing you to balance storytelling with data. Collaboration comes easily, and clarity in communication helps you build trust and alignment across teams.
