Sompo has a unique opportunity for a HR Digital Content Coordinator in our HR Operations team.
As the HR Digital Content Coordinator, you will help create, manage, and optimize knowledge articles and documentation that power our HR self-service platform, leveraging Workday Help technology.

What you’ll be doing:
Develop and maintain a centralized library of HR knowledge articles and standard operating procedures
Collaborate with HR subject matter experts to gather, validate, and update content in alignment with current policies
Write, edit, and organize user-friendly FAQs, articles, and support materials, including video content
Use Workday Help and Microsoft SharePoint to create user-friendly content
Support consistency through templates, formatting standards, and style guides
Monitor content usage and feedback to recommend enhancements and improve searchability including basic SEO practices
Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and relevance of published materials
Provide training, support, and guidance on Workday Help and HR digital content, serving as a point of contact for related inquiries
Assist with global HR self-service initiatives and digital content launches
What you’ll bring:
2+ years of experience in HR, content management, or related fields
Familiarity with Workday Help or similar HR service delivery tools
Knowledge of SEO, content optimization, and self-service platforms
Understanding of global HR policies and practices
Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate across global teams
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and tools such as Monday.com or Camtasia preferred
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Communications, Information Management, or related field or relevant work experience
Actual compensation for this role will depend on several factors including the cost of living associated with your work location, your qualifications, skills, competencies, and relevant experience.
