  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to effectively communicate upcoming events, programming, success stories, and opportunities for community engagement.
  • Measuring the effectiveness of communication efforts using tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, and social media insights, and synthesizing this data into reports to demonstrate engagement and inform decision-making.
  • Applying a deep understanding of how professionals in higher education, especially at MSIs, make decisions, build trust, and engage with community-centered messaging.
  • Leading with integrated thinking by understanding how web, branding, content, social media, and engagement tools function together as a holistic communications ecosystem.
  • Identifying and highlighting compelling narratives from MS-CC institutions, ensuring authentic storytelling that resonates with HBCUs, TCUs, and other MSIs.

This list of responsibilities is non-exhaustive; other tasks may be assigned as the MS-CC continues to scale and/or as determined by the Senior Director of Program Operations and MS-CC Program Leads.
